You are obviously referring to 'In defense of Food' or the earlier book, The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael Pollan, aren't you? Only joking - I have yet to read them, but they may be an interesting point of departure or should that be a re-appreciation of real food? By the way, show me the person who has nothing to say about the subject!
